Keynote Speaker · The R.E.B.U.I.L.D. Method™

Your room doesn’t need a perfect speaker. It needs a working system.

Keynotes for men’s events, leadership conferences, faith communities, and recovery rooms. Uhia Willis doesn’t speak about collapse from a textbook — he teaches the four-pillar construction system (Faith → Grit → System → Track) he built and used on his own floor. Your audience leaves with one next correct action, not a feeling that fades by Friday.

The system

A named method, not a motivational hour

The R.E.B.U.I.L.D. Method™ — a four-pillar construction system: Faith, Grit, System, Track. Seven phases your audience can retrace after the applause stops.

The standard

The work has to leave receipts

Every talk closes on one concrete next action. Workshops are measured with pre/post instruments. If it can’t be shown, it isn’t counted.

Signature keynotes

Four talks. One system. Pick the door your room needs.

Every keynote is tailored on a pre-event call and runs 60, 45, or 30 minutes — in person or virtual.

The signature keynote

You Don’t Need a Perfect Past to Build a Powerful Future

The full R.E.B.U.I.L.D. keynote. A room full of men stops waiting to feel better and leaves holding a build order.

  • The four-pillar build order — Faith → Grit → System → Track — and why skipping a stage collapses the next one
  • The construction inventory: counting what survived instead of grieving what didn’t
  • One next correct action each man names before he leaves the room

Best for Men’s conferences and retreats · faith communities · recovery and reentry rooms

Ownership

Own Everything

Radical ownership as the only move that returns power — even for what wasn’t your fault. Direct, unflinching, and practical.

  • “As long as you don’t own it, you’re empowering something or somebody else” — and what owning it actually looks like
  • The working difference between blame, fault, and ownership
  • An ownership audit any man or team can run Monday morning

Best for Leadership events · team offsites · accountability-culture programs

Leadership

Lead Yourself First

Why most leaders try to run a family, a business, or a ministry from a standstill — and the self-governance that has to come first.

  • Self-leadership before organizational leadership: the order of operations
  • The private disciplines that hold up public roles under load
  • A 30-day self-leadership checklist each leader leaves with

Best for Leadership summits · HR and people-leader events · teams in transition — booking for a company or EAP? See the organizations page

Purpose & resilience

Forged, Not Found

Purpose is not discovered after collapse — it is forged by it. How a hard season becomes a curriculum somebody else needs.

  • Why waiting to “find” purpose keeps men stuck — and what forging it looks like
  • Turning what you survived into what you can teach
  • The first brick: one act of service committed to within seven days

Best for Resilience and reinvention keynotes · conferences · men’s retreats

“It’s funny how people throw dirt on you. Funny how they get mad when flowers grow.”
— Uhia Willis, from the keynote
Uhia Willis, founder of The R.E.B.U.I.L.D. Method
About the speaker

He lived it before he taught it.

Uhia Willis was in a season the industry doesn’t have a system for — career, home, faith, and identity all moving at once. He built the system on the floor, ran it on himself, and now teaches it from a stage. “I’m the guy with the calling, forged in the fire of the mission. I’ve been through it.”

What you can verify today: founder of The R.E.B.U.I.L.D. Method™ and UKW Consulting Inc. · licensed insurance broker in seven states (MA, CT, NJ, NY, FL, TX, NC) · has led men’s groups through his church and spoken to youth audiences · author of the R.E.B.U.I.L.D. Blueprint curriculum.

What does Uhia charge?
Send your event details and you’ll receive a clear proposal — fee and travel packaged in one simple number — within 24 hours. No fee menus, no back-and-forth negotiations by email. Virtual formats are available at a reduced investment.
Will the talk be customized to our audience?
Yes. Every engagement includes a pre-event call so the keynote is tailored to the room in front of him — the language, the examples, and the next step all match your audience and your event’s purpose.
Does he speak virtually?
Yes. All four keynotes run as live virtual sessions, and virtual pricing is lower than in-person. If budget is the obstacle, virtual is usually the answer — ask.
What does he need on site?
A handheld or lapel microphone and a stage. No slides required; a confidence monitor is welcome but optional. A one-page AV rider is available on request — there is nothing exotic in it.
Is this clinical or therapeutic content?
No. This is structured, lived-experience programming — construction language, a clear sequence, and a next step. It is not therapy and is never presented as a substitute for it. A crisis-referral protocol (including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) is in place for every event.
What does booking paperwork look like?
Simple: a signed speaking agreement that doubles as the invoice, a W-9 on request, and a 50% deposit to hold the date. Rescheduling within twelve months is built into the agreement.
How far out should we book?
Six to twelve weeks is ideal. Shorter-notice dates are sometimes possible — send the date and you’ll know within 24 hours.
