I want you to do the work — and I want you to be honest with yourself about whether it's working. If it's not, I don't want your money. Below is the full refund policy.
1. 7-Day Rebuild Challenge ($47)
30-day money-back guarantee. If within 30 days of purchase you've worked the system and the architecture isn't taking hold, email uhia@uhiawillis.com with your order confirmation. I'll refund every dollar — no questions, no friction.
To request: send an email with the subject line "Challenge refund" and include your order email. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
2. The Rebuild Blueprint ($197)
30-day money-back guarantee. Same policy. Within 30 days of purchase, work the system. If the architecture isn't taking hold, email uhia@uhiawillis.com. I'll refund every dollar.

3. Cohort Program
The Cohort is an 8-week live group program with limited seats and high-touch delivery. Cohort enrollment is non-refundable once the cohort begins. Prior to the cohort start date, you may transfer your seat to the next available cohort or request a full refund. Specific terms are included in the Cohort enrollment agreement.
4. 1:1 Coaching & Executive Intensive
Private coaching engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed at the start of the engagement. That agreement specifies the refund terms applicable to your specific engagement.
5. Speaking Engagements
Speaking fees are governed by the executed speaker agreement for each engagement. Cancellation and refund terms are specified in that agreement.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern with a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve almost all refund requests within 5 business days. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in loss of access to course materials.
