These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of uhiawillis.com, the products and services offered through it, and all related content (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by UKW Consulting Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any product on this site. By making a purchase, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
2. The R.E.B.U.I.L.D. Method™
"The R.E.B.U.I.L.D. Method™" is a trademark of UKW Consulting Inc. All course content, video, written material, and frameworks are the intellectual property of UKW Consulting Inc. and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
What you may NOT do with the content:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute course materials
- Use the content to train, develop, or operate any competing program, course, or coaching practice
- Reproduce or republish material in any form (print, digital, audio, video) without prior written permission
- Remove copyright notices or trademark attribution
3. Purchases & Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the products you purchase. Recurring charges, if any, are clearly disclosed at the point of purchase.
4. Refunds
Our refund policy is published at uhiawillis.com/refunds and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: the 7-Day Rebuild Challenge ($47) and The Rebuild Blueprint ($197) both come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cohort, 1:1 coaching, and Executive Intensive engagements have their own refund terms specified in their respective agreements.
5. Disclaimers — Not Therapy, Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
The content provided through the Services is for educational and personal-development purposes only. It is not a substitute for therapy, mental health care, medical care, legal counsel, or financial advice. 6. No Guarantees of Outcome
Personal-development work depends on the work you put in. We make no guarantee that any specific result, transformation, or outcome will be achieved. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not promises of results.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Services; (c) harass other users; (d) attempt to access accounts or data not your own; or (e) reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download material from the Services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UKW Consulting Inc., its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UKW Consulting Inc. from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.
